Submit a full-, half- or quarter-page advertisement for the Conference Program. The ASMCUE Conference Program contains vital information for attendees including the full conference agenda, biographies of speakers and session descriptions and will be distributed to all of our attendees. Take advantage of this opportunity to promote your organization and its services.

Full-page, black and white, advertisement: $200 $225
Half-page, black and white, advertisement: $125 $150
Quarter-page, black and white, advertisement: $75 $100
Separate flyer inserted into attendee packets: $300 $350
*Full-page cover, color, advertisement: $500 $525
*Half-page cover, color, advertisement: $300 $325
*Quarter-page cover, color, advertisement: n/a n/a
Only black & white ads may be accepted within the program. *Cover ads may be in color for the for the inside/outside of the program and are on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve advertising space, contact Kelly Gull at (202) 942-9282 or by email at asmcue@asmusa.org.
Methods of Submitting
Submit ads by email (asmcue@asmusa.org) as a PDF file or an electronic image file (jpg, tiff, gif). Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, or Excel files are not acceptable.
Dimensions
Full page: 8”W x 10”D; Full page ads with bleeds should allow .1875” on all sides
Half-page Horizontal: 7”W x 5”D
Half-page Vertical: 33/8”W x 10”D
