Exhibition Provisions
The 2011 ASMCUE exhibition registration fee includes:
Two complimentary passes to attend the Saturday exhibit program and includes breakfast, lunch and a banquet dinner. Separate registration must be purchased to attend the entire ASMCUE conference.
One 6' unskirted table and two chairs
One-time complimentary use of the post-conference attendee list
Acknowledgement in pre- and post-conference materials
Steps for Reserving an Exhibit Booth
1. Complete, in full, the exhibit booth contract.
Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. Booth assignments will be available on-site.
2. Fax or mail completed contract with payment to the ASMCUE.
Exhibit contract is only valid when full payment is received. Only payments in the form of check, money order (made out to ASM), or credit card will be accepted. Purchase orders are not acceptable. ASM Federal Tax ID # 38-1616141.

Exhibition Cancellation Policy
All exhibit space cancellations must be received in writing by April 22, 2011.
A refund of the exhibit space fee, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by this date. No refunds will be issued after April 22, 2011. All booth cancellations must be faxed to (202) 942-9329 or emailed to asmcue@asmusa.org.
