The American Society for Microbiology invites you to share your resources and interact with over 300 microbiology and biology faculty attending ASMCUE. The conference is a great opportunity for your company to introduce or reconnect itself with leaders promoting excellence in undergraduate teaching and learning. Exhibit Booth Pricing Inforation

The ASMCUE 2012 exhibition registration fee includes:

Two complimentary passes to attend the Friday and Saturday exhibit program and includes reception on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Separate registration must be purchased to attend the entire ASMCUE conference.
One 6' skirted table and two chairs
One-time complimentary use of the post-conference attendee list
Acknowledgement in pre- and post-conference materials

Steps for Reserving an Exhibit Booth

Print the Exhibitor and Prospectus and fill out the required information in order to secure a booth space.

1. Complete, in full, the exhibit booth contract.

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. Booth assignments will be available on-site.

2. Fax or mail completed contract with payment to the ASMCUE.

Exhibit contract is only valid when full payment is received. Only payments in the form of check, money order (made out to ASM), or credit card will be accepted. Purchase orders are not acceptable. ASM Federal Tax ID # 38-1616141.

Exhibition Cancellation Policy

All exhibit space cancellations must be received in writing by April 20, 2012. A refund of the exhibit space fee, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by this date. No refunds will be issued after April 20, 2012. All booth cancellations must be faxed to (202) 942-9329 or emailed to asmcue@asmusa.org.
