I paid by check, when and how will I know that I completed the registration?
After we process your payment, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have completed your registration.
Are meals included with registration?
Yes, the conference registration fee includes all scheduled meals, which includes Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch.
I have specific dietary restrictions/needs. Whom do I contact about this?
Please inform ASMCUE staff at educationresoures@asmusa.org.
Can I register offline?
No, only online registration is available. Please register at the ASM eStore. Registration opens January 1, 2009.
Is there on-site registration?
No, you must register online before April 24, 2009 at the ASM eStore.
Can I purchase a one-day registration?
No, one-day conference registrations are not available. The full conference registration fee must be paid in order to attend any of the sessions and meals.
I am not able to attend the conference; can I get a refund for my registration?
The deadline for requesting a registration refund is May 1, 2009. A refund minus a $100 processing fee will be issued for all cancellations received by May 1. No refunds will be granted after May 1, 2009. All cancellations must be received in writing to the address below:

I am arriving a day prior to the conference, am I able to stay on campus?
Please contact the ASMCUE Staff (educationresoures@asmusa.org) and they will inform you if rooms are available and make arrangements.
I am a member but when I try and register I am not seeing member prices?
ASM Members must be logged in with their ASM username and password in order to be “recognized” and receive member pricing.
I lost my receipt/confirmation. How can I get another copy?
Please send a request for a copy of your receipt to educationresoures@asmusa.org.
I cannot find my confirmation number, what should I do?

Are guests allowed at the conference?
Yes, the Guest must be associated with a registered participant. Guest Registration does not include access to conference sessions. The Guest fee includes lodging (3 nights) and meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch). Guest registration is a flat fee and will not be reduced for shorter stays or a "no meals" option.
I am staying at the dorms what should I bring?
The dorms are equipped with the bare minimums such as tissues, sheets, pillow and pillow case, and a blanket. Hangers and other toiletries will not be provided. You will receive an information packet in advance of your stay for further information.
Does ASMCUE coordinate roommate assignments?
Yes, ASMCUE staff will only coordinate the assignment of roommates for those staying on campus during the conference. Attendees opting to stay off campus are responsible for making their own housing arrangements and coordinating roommates.
I paid the guest registration for my spouse. How do I indicate that they will be staying on campus and sharing a room with me?
Please indicate this request on our pre-conference survey. With this survey you will be able to provide demographic information, request roommates.
What are the off campus housing options?
All attendees who chose to stay off campus are responsible for making their own housing arrangements. A listing of hotels located near the campus hotels can be found at http://www.asmcue.org/page03b.shtml.
Do I need to fill out the survey if I am not staying on campus?
Yes, we need everyone to fill it out. Please leave the roommate fields empty. The survey includes information we need to get from you such as parking on campus and if you are handicap. Also, the rest of the survey has to do with demographics regarding the courses you teach.
Does the conference provide transportation from the hotel to the campus?
No, all attendees must provide their own transportation between the hotel and campus.
What airport should I fly into?
Attendees must arrange their own travel arrangements and should fly into Denver International Airport.
Where can I park on campus?
Details will be available prior to the conference.
Is there transportation available to General Meeting?
Please note that ASMCUE 2009 is two weeks later than the ASM General Meeting. Therefore, transportation is not available.
How can I get back to the airport?
Attendees must provide their own transportation from the airport and back. Information on bus, taxi and shuttle services from all airports can be found at http://www.asmcue.org/page03c.shtml.
