All ASMCUE 2009 sessions will be held on the Colorado State University campus or at the Hilton Fort Collins. For directions to the campus please visit: http://www.map.colostate.edu/location.aspx.
Housing Option #1 – Colorado State University Residence Halls
Attendees may select a registration option with includes 3 nights housing in the CSU residence halls. The three nights include housing Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Accommodations require sharing space with other attendees in a dorm room setting. Room assignments will be made by the housing office according to demographic information collected during the registration process (arrival date, gender, special needs, etc.). Attendees may also request specific roommates. All attempts will be made to accommodate roommate requests. Attendees will receive their housing confirmations in May. Detailed information about room assignments, roommates, check-in times and locations will be included.
Housing Option #2 – Hilton Fort Collins
Rooms have been reserved for ASMCUE attendees at Hilton Fort Collins. The Hilton is affiliated with CSU campus and offers ASMCUE attendees a group rate of $119.00 per room, per night, plus room tax. The Hilton is located directly across the street from campus. Campus session rooms are within walking distance. The rooms are first-come, first served.
The Hilton provides overnight accommodations with many first class amenities such as pillow top beds, comforters, flat screen TVs, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers, bottled water, workstations, wireless Internet and coffee makers in all rooms.
Free shuttle service is available from the Hilton to Old Town the restaurant and shopping district closest to campus. Please visit the Convention and Visitors Bureau: http://www.ftcollins.com/ for information on Old Town.
