 ASMCUE 2012 will meet in conjunction with asm2012 in San Francisco, CA and will be held 20 miles away in San Mateo, CA. Organizers have arranged a joint program that benefits ASMCUE registered attendees in the following ways:

One-day registration pass to asm2012 to attend sessions Sunday, June 17. Attendees must make transportation arrangements to attend asm2012.

| Guest Registration |
Guest registration is available for $400* per person. The Guest must be associated with a registered participant. Guest Registration does not include access to conference sessions but does include all conference meals.
*Guest registration is a flat fee and will not be reduced for shorter stays or a "no meals" option. |

*Checks/Money Orders must be made payable to ASMCUE (American Society for Microbiology Conference for Undergraduate Educators). When paying with a check or money order, attendees must first complete the online registration indicating that they are paying with a check/money order. Once complete, attendees must print the online registration invoice, attach payment and mail by April 20, 2012. Checks received without registration documents will be returned for correct processing. Purchase orders are not permitted.
A participant is not considered to be registered until the payment is received. The Federal Tax ID number for ASM is 38-1616141.

Registration Materials
ASMCUE registration fees include all registration materials and most conference meals (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 2 receptions and all meeting breaks).
Cancellation Policy
The deadline for requesting a registration refund is May 30, 2012. A refund minus a $100 processing fee will be issued for all cancellations received by May 30. No refunds will be granted after May 30, 2012. All cancellations must be received in writing to the address below:
