The 2011 ASMCUE conference registration fee includes all conference materials (final program, abstract and poster program, and attendee list), all scheduled meals, refreshment breaks, and access to all sessions. Credit cards, checks and money orders are accepted as forms of payment. Checks and money orders are to be made payable to ASMCUE (American Society for Microbiology Conference for Undergraduate Educators). A participant is not considered to be “registered” until payment is received. Purchase orders are not permitted. The Federal Tax ID number is 38-161141.
Registration Materials
All attendees will receive the following registration materials, Final Program, and Attendee List, on-site.
Cancellation
The deadline for requesting a registration refund is May 3, 2011. A refund minus a $100 processing fee will be issued for all cancellations received by May 3. No refunds will be granted after May 3, 2011. All cancellations must be received in writing to the address below:
