Field Trip to asm2013 Keynote Lecture and Opening Reception
Attend the asm2013 Key Lecture and Opening Reception to be held Saturday, May 18 from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Your fee includes a seat on the shuttle to and from the Colorado Convention Center. Buses will depart The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center at 3:45 pm and return to the Inverness following the event.  ASMCUE registered guests are not eligible for this event.

Microbes are FUN Run
Help us celebrate ASMCUE’s 20th anniversary in a healthy way by joining us for an informal 5K on Saturday, May 18th at 6:00am! Explore the conference center surroundings, help us celebrate ASMCUE’s 20th anniversary (in a healthy way!), and share your love of microbes with fellow running enthusiasts. Your registration fee covers a unique t-shirt, water, a snack, and prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. This registration fee is not refundable and  the 5K will be held rain or shine.  Those registering for this event will receive more detailed information closer to ASMCUE.

Guest Registration

Guest registration is available for $400* per person. The Guest must be associated with a registered participant.  Guest Registration does not include access to conference sessions but does include all conference meals. 

*Guest registration is a flat fee and will not be reduced for shorter stays or a "no meals" option.

Your member/non-member standing for asm2013 registration is based on your 2013 ASM membership status. If you have not renewed or joined for 2013, please visit www.asm.org/advance prior to registering for ASMCUE. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Supporting Member ($20) you WILL NOT receive the discounted member rate for ASMCUE. 

Checks/Money Orders must be made payable to ASMCUE (American Society for Microbiology Conference for Undergraduate Educators). When paying with a check or money order, attendees must first complete the online registration and indicate that they are paying with a check/money order. Once complete, attendees must print the online registration invoice, attach payment and mail by April 30, 2013. Checks received without registration documents will be returned for correct processing. Purchase orders are not permitted.

A participant is not considered to be registered until the payment is received.

Registration Materials

ASMCUE registration fees include all registration materials and most conference meals.

Cancellation Policy

The deadline for requesting a registration refund is April 30, 2013. A refund minus a $100 processing fee will be issued for all cancellations received by April 30. No refunds will be granted after April 30, 2013. All cancellations must be received in writing to the address below:
